What does your job look like?

• The first month you will join our installers on the roof. This way you can see all aspects of our craft
• For the next two to four months you will accompany our business manager and sales manager
• If both you and we feel that you are ready, you will visit our leads at home and provide appropriate daylight advice, inform and advise our customers in East Flanders
• You don't prospect unless you enjoy doing it. Our leads are all people who already want skylights
• If we have something to say, you attend the meetings and you report directly to the sales manager
• It's not a nine to five job. The freedom we offer is directly proportional to your performance
• We don't have a desk, so you work from home. Meetings are held at the manager's home or in a café.

What are we looking for?

• You like to be among people, distinguished and well-liked

• You can work independently and communicate well
• You live in East Flanders and that is also your native language
• You have insight or experience in construction or as a representative
• Technology does not scare you
• You have at least a driving license B.

We are looking for a branch manager who wants to support the development of a new branch in East Flanders. 

Your task package looks like this:

• You send and delegate a team of six future installers
• You provide the necessary materials, help solve problems and think proactively
• You jump in where necessary, go on the road with fellow installers and install roof windows and domes in East Flanders, Antwerp and Flemish Brabant
• You ensure proper functioning in your team, hire people and fire where necessary
• You help with the planning and arrange the necessary cranes, aerial work platforms and scissor lifts
• You report directly to the manager

 
What are we looking for?

• You have the technical and practical knowledge to organise, direct and coordinate the work of various workers' teams
• You are able to solve difficulties that arise in the performance of the daily tasks
• You are able to motivate and manage the teams under your authority in a polite manner
• You have experience as a roofer or carpenter
• You are physically fit, willing to work in all weathers, motivated and eager to learn
• You are customer-friendly, deliver quality and work cleanly and accurately with an eye for quality
• You can work independently and have a driving license B or higher
• You live in or around Sint-Niklaas
• Responsibilities and entrepreneurship don't scare you off
